Instead, applicants must complete a DCA Organization Financial &amp; Programmatic Profile to share key details about the applicant\u2019s recent operating history and performance. The form requests a streamlined set of data from the organization\u2019s two or three most recent fiscal years, but is still likely to require multiple hours of dedicated time to complete. City DCA &#8211; SMU DataArts funder report(s) reference past DataArts field entries, recent IRS 990-returns, and\/or audited statements as they complete DCA\u2019s new Organization Financial &amp; Programmatic Profile form.
