DCA employs an online application platform powered by SurveyMonkey Apply<\/em>. The process to prepare and submit a grant proposal will be done almost entirely online, with the exception of the final step.<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Register:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on the following link to access\u00a0DCA\u2019s online grant submission system:<\/p>\n

New applicants will need to register for an account. A confirmation email will be sent to your email account with a new link. Clicking on this link will complete the registration process.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Fill Out the Proposal Forms:<\/strong>\u00a0Information entered in the forms may be saved one section at a time as\u00a0the form is being filled out. Be sure to save often.<\/p>\n

Once all the forms have been filled out, and all artistic documentation, ancillary materials, and supplemental items have been uploaded, the proposal is ready to be submitted.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Submit the Proposal:\u00a0<\/strong>Submitting the proposal is a two-step process.<\/p>\n

Part I \u2013 Electronic Submission: Click on \u201cSubmit\u201d to electronically submit the grant proposal. Once an applicant clicks on \u201cSubmit,\u201d no more edits or additions to the proposal may be made. The deadline for the electronic submission is 11:59pm on Friday, October 31, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Part II \u2013 Hard Copy Submission: Underneath the logo box on the grant homepage will be a button \u201cDownload Submission.\u201d Click on this button to download your entire proposal as a zipped folder. Within this folder will be a PDF file version of the proposal with a document title in the format of \u201cCOLA1234567890.pdf.\u201d Print this document (black & white only; color is not required) to be used as the hard copy submission. Depending on the size of the attachments this may be a lengthy file, so you may print this as a double-sided document.<\/p>\n

The postmark deadline for submitting the hard copy of the proposal is Friday, November 7, 2025.<\/p>\n
